Is echo.bravo a part of Travel Counsellors?

All rates and licenses are powered by Travel Counsellors but echo.bravo is unique to Chris Donovan (Franchise owner). It’s a frequent flyer club and we have full control over this service

Do I still earn my own points if I book through echo.bravo?

Yes you can still collect your Avios, Flying Blue, Virgin, Hilton Honors etc, all whilst collecting echo.bravo points. Points are subject to gold members only

Are there any contracts?

No contract is necessary. We rely on our excellent service and savings for your repeat custom

How do I check-in online?

You will be provided with all the relevant confirmation numbers to check-in online. Please refer to the booking reference on your documentation

Can I upgrade my flights?

Yes you can. In order to upgrade your flight with points please alert your account manager at the point of booking

How do I select my seats or change my dietary requirements?

Log into the airlines website using your booking confirmation, from there you can select your seat, and alter your meal choice

Can I still book travel with you if I’m not a part of echo.bravo?

To put it simply, no. echo.bravo is an invite only club

How do I get an invite to echo.bravo?

You can register your interest here, and you will be notified when spaces become available. We run a one in one out service. Alternatively bypass the queue by getting a referral from an existing club member

What is the difference between lite and gold?

Lite membership is a free, stripped-back service which allows you access to our negotiated rates. Gold offers further benefits including whatsApp for business, the ability to earn points and an online booking platform

How do I know what tier I fall into?

Tailored – we arrange discovery call to understand your typical travel needs – highlighting the various services – from then we make a tailored package that works for you

Can I move between membership levels?

Yes, you can. We just ask that you give us a month’s notice so we have time to shuffle things around. Any outstanding points that you have, will be reset when you switch

Is there a limitation of rewards for club members?

Rewards are essentially uncapped. No, the more you spend the more points you accumulate

How does your referral scheme work?

echo.bravo club members are able to refer other businesses to join, and earn 5000 points per every successful referral. Limited to 3 referrals for gold members only. The referral must also be a gold member

Do you cover domestic travel and hotels?

We certainly do. All gold members can also access an online trainline booking platform which is linked to your business account.

How do I cancel my club membership?

Contact your dedicated account manager (not that that will ever happen 😏) we just ask that you give us one months notice
