Win Return Flights + 3 Nights in London

1. The Competition
The promoter is Echo Bravo Ltd in collaboration with Finimize (“the Promoters”).

The prize consists of:
– Two (2) economy-class return flight tickets to London, UK.
– Three (3) consecutive nights’ accommodation in a 3 or above London hotel* (double or twin room, with breakfast included).
– Two (2) tickets to the London Modern Investor Summit 2025 in-person event on 3rd December 2025, 6pm–10pm GMT, London, UK.

No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
Flights and accommodation must be used in conjunction with attending the London Modern Investor Summit 2025 and must be completed by 3rd December 2025.

2. Eligibility
– Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
– Entrants must hold a valid passport and any other required travel documents.
– The prize is open globally, excluding countries or regions subject to UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) “Do Not Travel” advisories at the time of booking.
– Employees of Echo Bravo, Finimize, and their immediate families are not eligible.
– The competition is void where prohibited by law.
– Entrants must register with a valid email address and remain reachable via that email. Entrants who have opted out of communications or requested data deletion from Echo Bravo or Finimize will be disqualified as unreachable.

3. Entry & Closing Date
To qualify, entrants must register for the London Modern Investor Summit 2025 via the official website

no later than 23:59 GMT on 30th October 2025.
– Only one entry per person.
– Late, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
– Entrants may opt out of the competition at any time before accepting the prize.
– If offered the prize, entrants must confirm acceptance in writing within 7 days of being contacted by the Promoters.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
– One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
– The winner will be contacted via the email provided at entry.
– The winner must confirm acceptance and provide passenger details within 7 days of being contacted.
– Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification and a new winner being selected.

5. Flights
– Flights are economy-class only.
– Once confirmed, tickets are non-transferable and non-changeable. No name changes permitted.
– Airline terms and conditions will apply. Winners are strongly advised to review these before travel.
– Seat selection, baggage beyond the airline’s allowance, upgrades, or other extras are at the winner’s cost.
– The Promoters accept no responsibility for cancellations, delays, missed connections, or other issues outside their control.

6. Accommodation
– Hotel stay is for three (3) consecutive nights in London, UK, in a double or twin room with breakfast included.
– Any incidentals (e.g., minibar, room service, additional meals) are the responsibility of the winner.
– Hotel terms and conditions will apply, and winners are advised to review these before travel.
– The Promoters accept no responsibility for cancellations, disruptions, or issues beyond their control.

7. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
– Winners are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
– Winners must comply with all UK entry requirements.
– The Promoters accept no responsibility if the winner is unable to travel due to invalid documentation, visa issues, denied entry, or failure to comply with airline/immigration requirements.

8. Liability
The Promoters accept no liability for:
– Any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage suffered during travel, accommodation, or attendance at the event, except where directly caused by the Promoters’ negligence.
– Any travel disruptions, cancellations, strikes, delays, or events beyond their control.
– Any property loss, theft, or damage during the trip.
Travel insurance is not included and remains the responsibility of the winner. The Promoters strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance.

9. Publicity & Data
– By entering, participants agree that if selected as the winner, their name, image, and entry may be used by the Promoters for promotional purposes (including social media and press) without additional compensation.
– Any personal data collected will be used solely for administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Additional Disclaimers
– No Endorsement: The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any airline, hotel, or social media platform.
– Force Majeure: The Promoters accept no responsibility if the competition or prize is delayed, cancelled, or amended due to events outside their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions).
– Non-Redeemable Value: The prize has no cash value and may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged.
– Tax Responsibility: Any taxes, duties, or other charges associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
– Conduct: The winner and guest are expected to behave responsibly. The Promoters are not liable for costs, damages, or losses arising from misconduct, property damage, or breach of third-party terms (airline, hotel, event).

11. Governing Law
This competition and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
