As a founder, I can tell you that we have been so busy building products and adapting to challenging client needs, particularly in the recent climate, that perhaps we did not take the time to showcase our services. Classic ‘working in not on the business stuff, you know how the saying goes. So it was time to sit down, put our heads together, ask our customers questions, and focus on telling the story of what we were really about.
So, to that end.
We are excited to announce the refresh of echo.bravo website to reflect our core values and offering. We aim to provide a great customer experience, work with real humans, and reduce our environmental impact.
By refreshing our website, we want to ensure that customers can find all the information they need in one place and showcase any new initiatives or products we have developed, along with better navigation. Not only that, but updated visuals and design will help bring more attention to what we do at echo.bravo and give visitors a better understanding of who we are as a company.

Our commitment to working with real people has been part of our core values since day one. We don’t use chatbots. We have real people who manage your business travel. After all, having a human connection is essential for providing excellent customer service.
