echo.bravo joins Internova Travel Group
8 April 2026 |  Travel News
echo.bravo joins Internova Travel Group on 8th June 2026, becoming part of one of the world’s largest travel networks, representing more than 100,000 travel advisors across 80+ countries. This is not a routine business update. It is the moment echo.bravo steps onto the world stage.
We have spent years building a reputation for business travel management that is human, expert and accountable. Internova gives us the infrastructure to deliver that standard everywhere our clients need to go, including for the first time, North America.
Why echo.bravo joins Internova Travel Group
echo.bravo has operated within the Travel Counsellors franchise network since we launched. That model served us well in our early years. But our ambitions, and more importantly our clients’ ambitions, have outgrown it.
Many of the businesses we work with are not purely UK operations. They have leadership teams flying between London and New York. They have teams scaling into the US, Canada and beyond. Until now, we have supported that travel. From 8th June 2026, we will own it, end to end, on both sides of the Atlantic.
Internova is the right partner for that step. Headquartered in New York, their network represents more than 100,000 travel advisors in more than 80 countries, with deep supplier relationships across every major market. Joining their network means echo.bravo clients travel with the backing of one of the most connected organisations in the global travel industry.
What changes for our clients
The team doesn’t change. The relationships don’t change. The standard of service doesn’t change. What changes is the reach and the capability behind every booking we make.
- North American market access. For clients with US or Canadian operations, echo.bravo can now manage transatlantic travel programmes with the same depth of supplier relationships and local expertise we deliver in the UK.
- Global travel management tools. Through Internova’s network, we are introducing access to platforms including Concur, giving clients a single enterprise-grade system to track, manage and report on travel spend across every market they operate in.
- Deeper supplier relationships. Preferred access to airlines, hotel groups and ground transport providers at a scale that simply was not possible as an independent franchise.
- Consistent service across time zones. For leadership teams and founders travelling internationally, echo.bravo now operates with the infrastructure to support complex, multi-market itineraries without losing the personal, senior-led service our clients rely on.
A word from our founder
“We have always believed that the best business travel management is built on relationships, judgement and accountability, not platforms and portals. Joining Internova doesn’t change that belief. It gives us the global infrastructure to act on it properly. We have clients who operate in the US, who fly transatlantic every month, who need their travel handled with the same care in New York as in London. From 8th June, we can do that. echo.bravo is going global, and this is just the beginning.”
Chris, Founder, echo.bravo
North America: open for business
Several of our existing clients already have US headquarters or operate across North American markets. We have supported their UK and European travel for years. From 8th June 2026, we are formally opening echo.bravo to North American travel management, handling flights, accommodation, ground transport and full itinerary management for clients operating on both sides of the Atlantic.
If you are a business that travels internationally and has been managing US travel separately, that changes now.
Enterprise travel management, without losing the human element
One of the most common challenges for fast-growing businesses is visibility. As travel volumes increase and teams spread across multiple markets, tracking spend, enforcing policy and understanding patterns becomes genuinely difficult.
Through our partnership with Internova, echo.bravo clients will have access to Concur, the industry-leading platform for corporate travel and expense management. This means a single, consolidated view of your entire travel programme, regardless of where in the world your team is travelling.
The technology handles the data. We handle everything else.
What this means if you’re already a client
Nothing changes in how we work together day to day. Your account manager remains the same. Your booking processes, credit arrangements and travel policies carry over exactly as they are. We will be in touch ahead of 8th June with anything specific to your account.
What you will notice, over time, is a broader capability. More markets covered, more tools available, and the same team you already trust managing a wider piece of your travel operation.
echo.bravo is now open globally.
Whether you’re an existing client expanding into new markets or a business looking for a travel partner that can genuinely keep up, we’re ready. One conversation, no hold music, no handovers.
